Dr Walker is a highly qualified Organisational Psychologist (BSc 1st Class, MSc, PhD, C.Psychol.) with extensive experience supporting businesses across Scotland and England. As a fully accredited Mental Health First Aid instructor, he delivers government-approved training that equips organisations to support employee wellbeing confidently and effectively.
Where further support is required, Dr Walker provides structured one-to-one sessions using CBT and evidence-based techniques to address work-related stress and mild depression. All consultations are delivered in the strictest confidence.
